WHAT’S NEW IN 2022

• No increase to dental and vision plan contributions

• Earn a wellness@reliance quarterly cash Wellness Bonus of $150 each for you and your eligible spouse/domestic partner. All participants must register for a new WebMD account. Check your mailbox in January for 2022 wellness@reliance program details. • Saver Plan enrollees: HSA contribution limits increases to $3,650 (employee-only) and $7,300 (family) per year. Over 55 catch-up limit (applies to both coverage tiers) remains at $1,000 per year.

• Only a 3% increase to medical contributions – about $2 to $10 per month, depending on the plan and coverage tier (after consideration of Wellness Bonus) – far below the average of 8% increase • New medical coverage (refer to Anthem Benefits Booklet for full details): • bariatric surgery at Anthem Centers of Excellence • autism ABA therapy for dependents under age 7 • designated hearing loss procedures
